Breaking down each event — from getting ready to a wedding itinerary for guests to your wedding reception itinerary — we’ve got you covered. Below are some general wedding itinerary templates that you can follow if you don’t know where to start!


Lunch Reception

(Start of makeover depends on the arrival time of the groom. Bridal makeup and hairstyling generally takes
2-2.5hours)

0600: MUA arrives and starts working on the bride's hair and makeup

0700: Photographer arrives to take getting ready shots of bride and groom as well as the venue

0730: Groom heads to bride's house

0900: Groom arrives at bride’s house 

0800-0900: Gatecrash/Tea ceremony at bride's house

0900: Groom and bride head over to groom's house

0930-1030: Tea ceremony at groom's house

1030-1100: Groom and bride head to the reception venue

1100-1130: Final check on vendors and guest list

1100: MUA arrives for lunch reception makeover

1200-1230: Solemnisation ceremony 

1330-1630: Lunch reception

1245-1300: First march in

1315-1400: Change of style 

1415: Second march in 

1530: End of lunch
